Facebook is looking to grow its Media Partnerships team with a video focused Partner Services team member who will act as a point of contact to quickly support our partners. The Media Partnerships team manages strategic relationships with our key partners and public figures in the Media landscape for public content on Facebook. This role will work closely with Strategic Partnership Managers (SPMs) in engaging with internal teams, working cross functionally to deliver excellent support to media companies in the Latin American territory, supporting products and features of Facebook. A successful candidate is passionate, resourceful, self motivated, flexible and possesses excellent prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert in the support experience of media companies and public figures on Facebook and Instagram

  • Work alongside with internal teams, investigate and resolve issues reported on Facebook and Instagram such as requests for account and product support

  • Use market specific knowledge, signals and insights to improve the support of our Media partners in the Latin American market.

  • Proactively advocate for partners and push issues toward resolution

  • Respond to Strategic Partner Managers and Central Team inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy and accuracy

  • Document internal communications using our tools

  • Use your problem solving skills to prioritize and resolve complex tasks

  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications or related field

  • Fluency in written and conversational English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus

  • Self-starting, intellectually curious and creative individual comfortable operating in a fast paced, ever changing environment

  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable with working cross-functionally with multiple internal teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Video and social media enthusiast

  • Familiar with content creation process

  • Facebook and Instagram user, a passion for both products

  • Proactive, advanced organizational and problem solving skills

  • Experience in programming language and analytical tools is a plus (Excel, SQL, Tableau, etc)

  • Salesforce experience is a plus

  • Ability to thrive and perform in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

    Prós: Empresa com cultura muito colaborativa, aberta, meritocrática, vivendo momento único e que dá ao funcionário as ferramentas para chegar aonde ele precisa trabalhando e se desenvolvendo ao mesmo tempo.

    Contras: Apesar de grande possui muito clima/"sintomas" de start-up, processos ainda em estruturação. Metas gressivas e workload intenso para quem não está acostumado, porém há muita flexibilidade para compensar também.
