UX Writer

Loggi is connecting all of Brazil by reinventing logistics through technology and creating a brand new express delivery experience for customers.

Through a software-first approach, we have built a logistics network that generates economy, efficiency, and reliance. Our technology connects offices, restaurants, and e-commerce services to various transportation agents who work with agility in the Brazilian traffic, and who offer support to individuals who need to deliver products on a daily basis. All of this while also generating a positive impact on the lives of all the drivers registered on our platform.

Since our launch, we have been growing aggressively. We're laser-focused on product and user experience, and intend to stay that way.

As a UX Strategist you will be in charge of researching, planning, and designing solutions for the problems we face, both from a company's perspective as well as from a user's one. You will work keeping in mind the company's strategic vision to lower fidelity prototypes. You will lead and collaborate with several heterogeneous teams and user bases. You will be capable of thinking what is next for the business while making pragmatic decisions.

We expect you to not only solve problems, but more importantly to explore problems worth solving. You can argue your ideas from senior level management to end-users with assertiveness and a cool attitude.

A Design degree it is not obligatory, but you must possess relevant experience for the position.

You will:

  • Work closely with UX writing on squads and the Design team;
  • Write and edit the UI text for multiple products, apps and services;
  • Train and manage members of the local UX writing team.
  • We are looking for Middle UX Writer who is passionate about working on content creation, validation, and refinement for fast-paced production projects;

  • Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • This is a dynamic team focused on complex design challenges. This position works closely with many other cross-discipline team members and will be an advocate for user experience;

  • You must write UX copy that is straightforward, concise, helpful, and mindful of making emotional connections while communicating the brand;

  • You must collaborate with UX designers, delivery managers, marketing, and creative services to launch and evolve new features;

  • You must observe and conduct discovery research, test ideas and apply learnings.

    Prós: A Loggi é uma empresa com uma cultural bem nova e mesmo assim estruturada. Você tem autonomia e liberdade para fazer novos projetos e acima de tudo: ser quem você é. Além da localização ótima, também tem um ambiente bem diferente e tecnológico.

    Contras: É uma empresa em expansão, então óbvio que existem ponto de melhoria. A cultura é ótima, mas ainda está se estruturando e se aperfeiçoando todos os dias. O bom disso é que todos contribuem para essa construção. Além disso, ainda não tem processos bem definidos, mas estão estruturando.

    Prós: Ambiente, Benefícios e salário. Uma empresa quer era pequena e se tornou grande. Se me perguntarem se indico, sim com certeza startup top demais. Trabalhei quase 3 anos e foi muito bom.

    Contras: Entrei na área de atendimento ao cliente e almeja crescimento, infelizmente a avaliação para promoções é inconsistente, ocorreram promoções para pessoas sem muita experiência tanto na empresa como na área e faltou a preocupação e reconhecimento de pessoas que já estavam na empresa há mais tempo. Somente por esse motivo solicitei meu desligamento, se não estaria lá até hoje.

    Conselhos para presidência: Direcionar melhor seus gestores e dar importância à todos funcionários. Empresa muito top e irá crescer muito. Parabéns!
