University Recruiting is in our DNA. From our start in a dorm room at Harvard, Facebook has searched for talents from universities to help drive our mission to bring the world closer together. If you’ve ever dreamed about disrupting and revolutionizing the way university recruiting is done, Facebook is the right place for you. We are seeking a University Recruiting Programs Specialist in Latin America to support the internship program experience, scheduling/candidate care and University events management. The ideal candidate will have strong project management and process improvement experience with passion for developing campus strategies. The position is based in the São Paulo office.


  • Support driving the design and delivery of the intern life cycle including: advertisement and conduction of the selection process, annual intern experience agenda, orientation, trainings - both to the intern managers and to the interns - performance cycle, quarterly university recruiting meetings and end of the year graduation party.

  • Manage the logistics for all processes related to the internship program.

  • Analyze the success of the internship experience and create a set of program improvement recommendations for each cycle.

  • Partner closely with global university program managers to customize and scale processes for Latin America.

  • Provide clear communication of progress, roadblocks, updates, and future plans related to the internship program.

  • Coordinate interview logistics travel & expenses process for candidates with speed and efficiency.

  • Work closely with other coordinators on cross-functional teams.

  • Develop and oversee the candidate care initiatives for onsite and on campus interviews.

  • Support building and executing the events strategy for University Recruiting across Latin America (ie: Job Fairs, Hackathons, Open houses, University Talks and etc.).

  • Work as needed with external vendors around events, manage their payments, and control the annual budget.

  • Participate in all University Recruiting events representing Facebook as an employer and keep track of attendees to build pipeline.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 3+ years of strong project management and process improvement background experience

  • Communicate professionally and feel comfortable speaking to big audiences

  • Proficiency using Power Point

  • Fluency in Portuguese, English and Spanish

  • Availability to travel up to 20% of the time (internationally)

  • Ability to think outside the box while at the same time executing hands-on activities

  • Demonstrate passion and experience working with diversity
