Latam Diagnostics is comprised by approximately 1460 employees in over 9 countries, generating over 670 million CHF in Sales. As the regional Training Manager you will maximize sales, marketing and medical effectiveness by building behavioral and technical capabilities for commercial and medical teams via an effective and structured training approach. Furthermore you are responsible to develop a novel methodology to deliver trainings within the subregion, leveraged by our service hubs and joint efforts with EMEA LATAM and global. This newly created role can be based in any country in Latin America.

Your key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
* Identify training and development needs in conjunction with the Sales and Marketing Managers as well as Medical and Service Managers at the affiliate level. Conduct interviews, analyze performance reports and take product marketing plans and new business directions into account
* Create training and development solutions by conducting briefings with the business areas and identifying new demands at the affiliate and regional level. Structure plans, schedules and training infrastructure
* Monitor the impact of training and development actions by continuously analyzing the outcomes of evaluations and satisfaction surveys to ensure continuous improvement of the processes
* Develop innovative training program strategies with different approaches and formats appropriate to the respective audience
* Define and control budget and resources for training needs
* Drive a systematic Training Academy approach by defining a 3 years training curriculum. Enabling sales, marketing and medical employees to perform and develop their careers at its best
* Coordinate sales, medical and marketing trainings regionally in order to gain synergies for e.g. obtaining savings with suppliers, venues and logistics and furthermore promoting participation by organizing multi country sessions
* Set up a train the trainer program, both locally and regionally

To be successful in this role you bring the following qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in business management or human resources. MBA and/or post-graduation are a plus
* At least 5 years of experience in sales, medical or marketing positions;
* Proven work experience as a training manager and track record in designing and executing successful training programs
* Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.)
* Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills
* Rock solid planning, conceptual and time management capabilities
* Strong writing and records management ability for reports and training manuals
* Fluent english and spanish. Portuguese desired
* Ability to travel regionally and internationally for about 15%
