Trade Marketing Analyst

Knowledge :
* Experience with BTL agencies (merchandising, training and point of sale materials) - work plans and analysis of sales performance data, customer meetings and tracking KPI.
* Retail Channels: Electric Retail, Hypermarket, Pharmacy and Department Stores
* Mix complement per channel, store cluster and scripting
* Experience creating and executing POS displays and activations
* Analytical profile with extensive Dashboard knowledge to control KPIs: ROI, monitor / evaluate the effectiveness of marketing / commercial initiatives
* Must be able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders (clients and interns).

Main areas of responsibility:
* Responsible for the coordination of the BLT agency (Merchandising and training), support in the management of BTL A & P, coordination of quotations with suppliers and management of deliveries.
* Responsible for the planning, implementation of sales and marketing campaigns at the point of sale (support plan, designation of activations / exhibitions, incentives and execution), and development of point of sale materials
* Analysis and monthly monitoring of merchandising and sales reports, suggestions for improvements (support: customers, marketing and sales team)
* Support sales channels with activations / exhibitions, incentives and execution
* Develop the Mix per channel and store cluster
* Measure ROI for key projects

Job Overview:
* Responsible for the coordination of BLT Merchandising agencies and training management support of BTL A & P, coordination of quotations with suppliers and management of deliveries. Support sales channels with activations / displays, incentives and execution but also with monthly sales reviews and KPI tracking and support sales team in stock plans. Interact regularly with other internal areas (marketing and sales), customers and BTL agencies.

Experience in establishing and ensuring adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans and performance requirements.
* Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing, Communication or Business Administration.

You are a part of

Based in Sao Paulo, will act as a Trade Marketing Analyst for Philip’s activities, in the Personal Health industry. Works closely with Sales team, and Marketing Managers, Specialists. Reports directly to the Trade Marketing Manager.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

    Prós: A empresa tem um ambiente de trabalho muito agradável, benefícios muito bons e um bom plano de carreira. A empresa também conta com muitos grupos de desenvolvimento, o que permite o colaborador buscar outras áreas de atuação e conhecimento.

    Contras: Apesar de um bom plano de carreira, o plano é por um tempo muito grande, dificultando o crescimento de colaboradores high performance. Outro ponto negativo é o salário, que apesar de ser razoável, está relativamente baixo para a região. Quanto ao salário, há também a questão de outros colaboradores com o mesmo cargo estarem ganhando mais por terem vindo de outros empresas.
