Main responsibilities:
* Management and control of required documents for hiring purpose (Benefits documentation)
* Participation in Compensation surveys
* Control benefits payments
* Develop personnel movement reports and assist with salary files and compensation data for monthly audits
* Assist for internal communications related to C&B
* Assist employees providing clarification for compensation, benefits and wellbeing matters
* Review TR tickets on EIC, and provide answer as appropriate
* Perform compensation analysis and position Benchmarks
* Support benefit administration for Brazil
* Support in supplier management activities
* Assist with Bonus plan assignment audits and bonus calculation
* Assist on special projects
* Responsible for keep all required employee documentation updated

Qualifications:
* Studying International Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering
* Fluency in English
* Advanced knowledge in MS-Office package (mainly excel)
* Ability to deal with numbers and mathematical calculations
* Good analytical skills
* Oriented to results
* Sense of urgency

    Contras: sistema complexo com pouca documentação e muita coisa em alemão, necessidade de trabalhar metade do mês em turno noturno, metade dos. feriados do ano e em alguns finais de semana

    Prós: Ótima empresa, pensa muito no funcionário. Disponibiliza diversos treinamentos para você ter mais conhecimento, mas é você que tem que ter vontade de ir atrás das coisas, as pessoas vão te mostrar o caminho das pedras, o resto é com você.

    Contras: Acredito que os treinamentos poderiam ser mais simples e mais direto ao ponto, são muito bem detalhados, mas acabam confundindo muito o funcionário que não tem noção nenhuma do assunto novo.
