Manages projects with high risk and complexity for key customers ensuring good
profitability by efficient cost controlling and resource management. Provides
leadership and manages large project teams. Acts as a primary project
interface to the customer ensuring good customer satisfaction and developing
the customer relationship at different levels including CxO. Shares project
experience and best practices, knowledge of project management processes,
tasks and tools with other project managers. Participates in global project
management development. Identifies and supports new business opportunities.
Represents the customer's requirements back to Nokia/account team to
anticipate new business opportunities.
Work on optimizing project costs and developing new delivery mode to improve
