Description

Responsibilities Include:

Analyzing and translating business and user requirements into features and detailed user stories with Acceptance Criteria to manage and deliver digital products and solutions. These could include the design of new or changed processing, data requirements user interfaces and/or database design.

Identifying present alternative solutions to solve business needs and articulating the pros and cons of the various approaches.

Participating in internal and customer meetings to clarify requirements, formulate design approaches and confirm that they meet the business needs.

Collaborating with other product design teams(Global and local) to ensure that integration and interfaces between our products are an integral part of our planning and design process.

Participating in technical discussions to drive the identification, evaluation, and development of complex systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.

Owning key relationships with the business and technical teams to understand the desired business outcome and help to translate for business and technical consumption by breaking down complex business problems and implementing sustainable solutions that have valuable, memorable impact on the client both internally and externally.

Understanding of the best practice expertise of various development activities such as requirement gathering, development, service design and implementation.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Must have fluent English(speaking and writing).

Deep knowledge of agile methodologies.

Ability to lead team efforts and projects.

Excellent technical aptitude and analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.

Deep understanding of web technologies

Experienced in interpreting data from analytic tools

Has a strong understanding of engineering culture and able to take handle technical features

Excellent requirements and test condition creation skills.

Expert troubleshooting skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills in Portuguese and English.

Demonstrated ability to be goal oriented, accountable to self and team, and have a passion to learn a new business, software, and process concepts.

Development background preferred(Phython/PHP/Asp.net/Java)
