Role Summary:

General knowledge of basic engineering and business principles. Knowledge of
metallurgy, materials and petroleum engineering concepts.

Essential Responsibilities:

Completes training on operational features and application of division's
products. Completes in-depth training programs to obtain product, well site
and drilling knowledge. Begins to provide technical selling and product
application recommendations on division's products. Measures product
performance and recommends design modifications to existing products. Analyzes
and reports product field test results. Monitors product tests and makes
recommendations on operating parameters to rig personnel. Bench marks product
performance. Handles special projects, as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. Prior oilfield experience or completion of
divisional internship program preferred.

Rio de Janeiro.

    Prós: A empresa possui um ótimo ambiente de trabalho. Os trabalhos são deselvovidos em equipe, e tem-se acesso livre aos coordenadores e direção - ótimo ambiente para aprendizagem.

    Contras: A empresa não possui um programa de crescimento para estagiários e jovem aprendiz. Muitos acabam saindo da empresa e migrando para empresas concorrentes.

    Prós: Infraestrutura e suporte para executar o trabalho da melhor maneira possível, remuneração relativamente boa em relação as outras empresas do ramo.

    Contras: Com a crise o numero de horas extras abaixou, com isso os salários também. Muitas demissões também vieram a acontecer diminuindo o contingente.
