As a Talent Acquisition Analyst , you will provide a first line contact with all principal corporate clients and has a high level of technical complexity. We are looking for a proactive thinking, hands-on and communicative professional that will be responsible for:
* Identify and source talents for current open roles within the organization, and also identify future talent needs and proactively source and evaluate then;
* Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers;
* Building recruiting strategies that contribute to the long-range growth of the company;
* Execute and measure the effectiveness of the recruiting - Recruiting KPI's;
* Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process.
* High demand for recruiting IT professionals , focused on Mobile Developers.
This position can either be based in São Paulo or Campinas.
- Fluent in English (mandatory) and Spanish (preferred);
- Completed bachelor degree;
- Proven experience in recruiting in fast paced environment, technology industry is preferred;
- Great written/verbal communication and influence skills;
- Aware of recruiting innovative trends and analytical mindset;
