AMARO is hiring an innovative thinker and business developer in the area of environmental sustainability and social responsibility. You can think big and have the track-record to see through ambitious cross-team projects. You are results-driven, articulate and well connected.

  • Serve as spokesperson: actively seek out press opportunities for AMARO to tell its story as a conscious brand who cares

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience leading projects in the area of environmental sustainability
  • Excellent business development and project management skills, including the management of mid-sized teams
  • Experience with PR and communicating authentic narratives people understand and care about
  • Experience studying or living abroad and thus an evolved understanding and consciousness of how developed societies price in externalities
  • Well connected and able to get access to opinion makers
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese

PERSONALITY:

  • Highly innovative, strategic and tactical
  • Fearless changemaker with the desire to reshape the status quo
  • Excellent networker and story teller
  • Intellectually curious with a thirst to learn quickly and constantly
  • Passion for branded consumer goods
  • Excellent communication skills

At AMARO we believe creativity and technology are limitless, allowing us to innovate beyond linearity. We seek fearless entrepreneurs who are hungry to change the status quo. We are not fixers but enjoy to collaboratively build from the ground up. We only engage where we foresee long-term scalability. We like to take smart risks and always opt for action over 100% certainty. There has never been a more exciting time than today and we are enthusiastic about the future we are creating.
