In the Support team you will work directly with internal and external clients, where your empathy and attention will be extremely important!

What do you learn from this experience?
- Knowledge and practice about digital marketing
- Expertise in our platform (RD Station)
- Knowledge and practice in customer service excellence
- Knowledge about the technical part of the product and contact with the product team

How will be your day by day?
- Support Level 1: Customer service by email and chat to solve questions and problems about our platform (RD Station);
- Internal assistance of RDoers (RD employees) in order to help them solve problems and provide solutions;
- Be a part of important projects for the development of the support area;
- Effective participation in the development of the company, contributing to the planning and projects;
- Direct contact with the product development team, having knowledge of the methodologies for creating and solving technical problems.
Who are we looking for?
- Experience with support
- Advanced knowledge in English and native in Spanish
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, organization and didactics
- Interest in Digital Marketing, Technology and mainly Customer service
- Focus on the solution and not on the problem
- Graduating or already graduated.
