As a Support Analyst , you will provide a first line contact with all principal corporate clients and has a high level of technical complexity. We are looking for a proactive thinking, hands-on and communicative professional.
This professional will be responsible for:
* Support the Movile platforms and applications;
* Investigate problems and to provide creative solutions to the several kind of issues;
* Help out our clients, suppliers and colleagues with their demands;
* Identify repetitive problems and generate automatized solutions.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Experience in support applications such as monitoring tools (nagios, zabbix) and issue trackers (like jira);
- Know how to handle big amount of data and configuration files on Linux. Understand and use Shell-Script (Bash) for daily activities;
- Solid knowledge on database, mainly with big bases (above 1 bi of lines); TCP/IP networks (focus on troubleshooting) and Java execution environment;
- English will be a plus.
