The Subsidiary Product Marketing Manager (PMM) is accountable for the subsidiary revenue, scorecard and market share for their assigned products. The PMM is required to have a strong knowledge of their product set, specifically at the 200-300 level, and a profound understanding of customer solutions and strategies. This role is seen as the voice of the products they represent within the subsidiary as well as the leader and the spokesperson for their product set. In addition, they must be able to articulate the local competitive landscape and develop local compete strategies and product differentiation by leveraging corporate and local research, partner insights and customer feedback. The PMM is responsible for leveraging customer needs, competitive knowledge and product expertise to drive the relevant business and marketing planning.

The Product Marketing Manager understands, orchestrates, and influences customer campaigns, marketing activities, and delivers product, solutions and customer campaign feedback to the business. An essential aspect of the role of the Product Marketing Manager is to align the content, timing and delivery of marketing messages and outreach to Microsoft’s customers and partners. The PMM must develop strong partnerships across marketing, partner, services and sales to lead and execute the fiscal year priorities. All relevant marketing teams need to work together to create the most impactful marketing strategy and execution plan possible by customer segment, minimizing ad-hoc and unintegrated customer and partner outreach.

The Impact You’ll Be Making

1. Marketing Planning and Program/Campaign Execution (40%)

Drive customer adoption of our technology to ensure they advance on their digital transformation journey thru a secure modern workplace
* Understand customer needs and usage drivers by segment level: Enterprise, Medium companies and Small Business
* Ensure customer engagement with Microsoft tools and resources and tight orchestration across different areas such as Services, Sales and Customer Success Unit
* Drive a robust Consumption Rhythm of the Business across sellers, services, and partners
* Nominate and enable local partners to drive consumption as a way to scale the business
* Ensure attachment of a skilled partner to every managed customer across all Office 365 premium workloads
* Create scalable motions for usage at end user level

Engage business users in-product through RM and via a fans program
* Drive audience marketing efforts to engage business users
* Drive campaigns, practices and programs to engage Business Decision Makers and ensure nurture follow-up

2. Product Evangelism (10%): Ensure customer awareness around our core solutions and products. Ensure internal and partner readiness.

3. Partner Ecosystem (25%)

Grow the ecosystem and drive usage with 3rd party solutions
* Drive Usage of Office 365 through ISV, SI and Enterprise built solutions
* Drive usage in regulated industries through partner solutions

4. Business Management (25%)
* Drive a robust Consumption Rhythm of the Business across sellers, services, and partners
* Own and drive segment TLIs and scorecard metrics to ensure business health.
* Develop local business management strategy - partner with segment to interpret market opportunity/risk and build appropriate Go-To-Market.
* Determine key insights and asks to accelerate adoption of Office and qualify inhibitors with recommendations.

Experiences Required: Education, Key Experiences, Skills and Knowledge:

Education
* Bachelor’s Degree (B.S./B.A.) required, relevant fields of study include Marketing, Business, Computer Science

Experience
* 3-5 years related experience

Skills & Knowledge
* Evangelist and subject matter expert for product
* Deep customer and ecosystem focus and understanding
* Strong analytical skills
* Excellent communicator and strong cross-group collaboration
* Experienced in core marketing communications functions
* Fluent English required

    Prós: Upgrade no CV, abre portas para o mercado de trabalho, home office, horário flexível, snacks, frutas e bebidas à vontade, boa localização, produtos de qualidade.

    Contras: Tinha tudo para ser a melhor empresa, mas possui um péssimo clima organizacional, funcionários com ego inflado, te julgam pelo o que vc veste e pode comprar. As pessoas das próprias e de outras equipes se odeiam, por isso não há colaboração e os projetos não acontecem ou atrasam. Muita fofoca, pessoas puxando o tapete uma das outras, puxação de saco com os superiores, principalmente os de fora, não há meritocracia. Muitos superiores sem nenhuma habilidade em gestão de pessoas. Cargos como assistentes, analistas e coordenadores são terceirizados, salários, benefícios e o tratamento são muito aquém de toda a cobrança.

    Conselhos para presidência: Melhorar o clima organizacional, começando pela escolha dos gestores. Dar oportunidades para pessoas competentes e não através de politicagem.

    Contras: Muito chines. Chines so contrata chines e nao dao espaco para outras cidadanias. Chines tem RH especial e eles roubam os trabalhos dos outros na cara de pau. E a Microsoft nao faz nada para coibir esse tipo de atitude. Claro que, nao sao todos os chineses, mas sao uma boa parte deles.
