The Executive Process Owner is responsible for setting the overall strategic
direction for an end-to-end process in indirect channel. They must ensure that
the process is aligned with the overall corporate strategy and other processes
and is positioned for current and future success. The Executive Process Owner
will work with their peers and stakeholders to identify and implement cross-
process and cross-functional opportunities and resolve issues as necessary and
should be able to Lead, share and communicate the strategy of the channel to
peers, customers and market
Enhances staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of
• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating
their position in the market; researching and analyzing sales options
• Influence Third Partner Sell out products by establishing contact and
developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions and establish
strategy to the market
• Strenghtening relationships with Third part Distibutors by providing
support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new
opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements;
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information;
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization
• Establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices;
participating in professional societies;
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

It is preferred that candidates have documented successful sales/tender
performance (high growth, results vs. plan).
Be a self-starter with strong time management and planning skills,
have the ability to target accounts and achieve results through a daily action
plan, and be able to collaborate with other J&J associates (peers, marketing,
Strategic Account Managers), external companies (distributors) and KOL's.
The ideal candidate is an energetic critical thinker, analytical, skilled in
collaborating and consensus building, who demonstrates the drive, business
acumen and people capability to deliver results within a global, growing and
Indirect channel experience as a plus
Manage Business Units sales teams by influence, not having direct report, but
as the leader of the account strategy.
Able to create and integrate “account teams” gathering people form several
different business units around the customer needs in a common strategy.
Able to create relationship at the level of the directors of the customer.
An also being able to identify their priorities and to match with possible
internal innovative solutions, and to lead the implementation of solutions, in
order to differentiate J&J form the competition.
Able to connect internally with several areas and to challenge status quo, in
a collaborative way, inspiring them to customize new solutions for the
strategic account needs.

This position requires a 70% of the Job time traveling, visiting TPI (Third
Part Intermediate – Distributors), Hospitals of TPI´s, providing support and
guidance to TPI´s team at the market.
