Strategic Accounts Senior Manager

Leads with Client Value Creation Approach:•Understands client at an industry level and identifies the client´s value creation process•Creatively connects client business imperatives to Philips solutions•Identifies client pain points and provocatively engages client at C-level•Leverages Senior Philips leaders to engage client decision makers and build relationships•Relentlessly seeks out client´s compelling resason to act based on industry and client transformation agenda Drives Philips´ key agenda:•Can deliver Philips´ unique value proposition for SAs in the C-level•Handles first level of qualification and objections•Positions the context of client or industry to create wider Philips plays•Cultivates multiple opportunities Engages new buyers with provocative value propositions:•Builds a Point of view & provocative proposition using client insights and Philips tools•Actively plans and rehearses, including role plays, for client calls and proposal presentation•Proficient in selling multiple value Philips products/offerings Able to balance deal execution with Business Development:•Stays connected to deal team through to signing to ensure timely execution•Builds a consistently robust pipeline in her SAs•Demonstrates the ability to identify new growth opportunities and shifts focus and resources•Uses opportunity creation workshops and events to build large Philips deals•Persistently challenges Philips to address client opportunities Drives Business Performance:•“Hunter” orientation towards selling with passion for winning•Ambidextrous: delivers business outcomes & pipeline creation requirements•Actively engaged throughout the sales process in guiding the Philips team to closure•Ensures compelling business value propositions to accelerate deal closure

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Our Strategic Sr Account Manager develops, maintains and improves the relations with VIP Accounts in an assigned market segment or for a specific new product/market combination on national level.

You are responsible for

Lead with Client Value Creation Approach:
* Understands client at an industry level and identifies the client´s value creation process
* Creatively connects client business imperatives to Philips solutions
* Identifies client pain points and provocatively engages client at C-level
* Leverages Senior Philips leaders to engage client decision makers and build relationships

Relentlessly seek out client´s compelling reason to act based on industry and client transformation agenda Drives Philips key agenda:
* Can deliver Philips unique value proposition for SAs in the C-level
* Handles first level of qualification and objections
* Positions the context of client or industry to create wider Philips plays

Cultivates multiple opportunities Engages new buyers with provocative value propositions:
* Builds a Point of view & provocative proposition using client insights and Philips tools
* Actively plans and rehearses, including role plays, for client calls and proposal presentation

Proficient in selling multiple value Philips products/offerings Able to balance deal execution with Business Development:
* Stays connected to deal team through to signing to ensure timely execution
* Builds a consistently a robust pipeline
* Demonstrates the ability to identify new growth opportunities and shifts focus and resources
* Uses opportunity creation workshops and events to build large Philips deals

Persistently challenges Philips to address client opportunities Drives Business Performance:

* Ensures compelling business value propositions to accelerate deal closure

You are a part of

Based in Sao Paulo, will act as a ‘SAM’ for Philip’s activities, in the Healthcare industry. Has no direct reports and works closely with other Strategic Account Managers, Product Specialists, and Inside Sales team. Reports directly to the Strategic Accounts Director Brazil.

To succeed in this role, you should have +5 years’ experience in the following:

  • Professional knowledge of commercial capabilities: close deals.
  • Passion for Healthcare and improving quality of life.
  • Desirable: Lean/Continuous Improvement Background.
  • Innovative strategic skills: to develop and embed simple, effective strategies that make us winners in the market.
  • Collaboration and influencing competencies.
  • Learning agility.
  • Consultative skills, or consulting background, preferably in Healthcare business.
  • Fluent in English. Willing to travel.

    Prós: Ambiente sofisticado, produto interessante, benefícios, possibilidade de trabalhar fora do Brasil. Dependendo de onde você trabalhar, poderá ter uma equipe que lhe ajuda a se desenvolver.

    Contras: - Existem muitas pessoas que ficam 'planejando', andando de um lado p/ o outro e no final decidem por prazos irreais. - Indicadores de algumas áreas é medido de forma totalmente falha. - Ninguém tem coragem de apontar os erros dentro da empresa p/ diretoria, todos falam somente o que eles querem ouvir, sem se preocupar se está indo pro lado certo ou não. - Pressa p/ fazer tudo, existem clientes que mandam mais que alguns diretores. Então se eles pedem, não importa se você tem aula depois do trabalho, se marcou um jantar com a família, você só sairá de lá depois que entregar o que o cliente X pediu. - Alguns setores são protegidos da diretoria, muitas vezes é um parto para conseguir ajudar um cliente porque eles são intocáveis, então o suporte ou R&D precisa fazer milagre p/ resolver.

    Conselhos para presidência: Reconheçam as áreas que realmente 'sustentam' a empresa. Contratem mais colaboradores, a maioria dos setores que tem mais demanda trabalha na linha vermelha, na pressão.. Por consequência a qualidade do produto cai e desmotiva os demais.
