Crucially, their remit goes beyond the customer value proposition to making sure product development is informed by customer insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develops marketing programs, communications plans and activities for Storage, Data Protection and Hyper-convergence products and solutions
  • Builds LOB operation plans (4Ps) and develops sales programs, plays, bundles and promos aligned to BU / product strategy
  • Oversees the analysis and evaluation of key market statistics and customer requirements to define product/ solution strategies and identify opportunities to expand market share based on market research, competitive activity and customer needs

  • Supports product/ solution launch and provide sustaining efforts to enable quoting, validation, pricing, order entry, and fulfilment of products/ solutions under management via internal sales tool and external web stores

  • Works with demand, supply, and pricing teams to ensure accurate forecasting, lead-time estimating, and pricing for products/ solutions under management

  • Manages product/ solutions launches to ensure sales force readiness and optimize P &L; impact of product transitions

  • Provides quarterly insights to business trends, competition, portfolio roadmap and share gain opportunities through PLRs to Sales leaders

Essential Requirements

  • Ability to lead market research projects, to analyse trends and to create recommendations
  • Ability to assess market requirements, investigate new technologies, develop recommendations for technical product direction, establish plans as well as strategies and roadmap plan-of-records
  • Deep subject matter expertise with

Industry experience

In-depth knowledge of new technologies and emerging business trends

Product roadmap and growth strategies
* Ability to manage product life cycle and transitions activities

Press review guides as well as presentations to media and customers Product launches, core positioning and messaging, sales training and marketing programs for assigned product Product business plan, forecasts, profit and loss, margins, risk factors, overall business plan, pricing analysis and recommendations
* Ability to work in a highly matrixed environment
* Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus

    Prós: Cultura da empresa, motivação pra trabalhar e continuar crescendo. Quem é efetivado tem muitos benefícios que fazem os que trabalham estarem motivados

    Contras: Pouca inovação, algumas ferramentas muito antigas ainda. Necessita estar mais alinhada as iniciativas globais de infraestrutura e desenvolvimento de software

    Prós: na conta Dell as amizades o aprendizado são bons, conhecimento técnico, cursos internos e alguns sorteios de produtos, além de algumas formas de subir de cargo.

    Contras: as cobranças, métricas para suporte técnico acho injusto pelo fato do atendimento ser demorado com tantos procedimentos e okb's para seguir, além de burocrático demais para envio de peças ou aprovação de chamados mutias vezes orientando o cliente a abrir equipamentos durante atendimento., salário não compatível com o alto grau de stress por conta das métricas, muito apadrinhado conseguindo cargo e sem entender o básico de suporte técnico ou operação da conta.

    Conselhos para presidência: Melhorar o suporte técnico, tornar mais abrangente, melhorar os treinamentos e aumentar o salário.
