SR SALES FORCE TRAINING MANAGER

Descrição

Manage the Field Force (FF) training area.
Elaborate and implement training programs, based on the needs raised in the marketing plans, map of technical and functional competences and knowledge assessments, always aligned with business strategic strategy.
Raise sales force training needs through field monitoring and close relationship with Product (Brand managers) and Regional Sales Manager.
Prepare and coordinate implementation of the FF training plan leading the area, in order to increase quality in the current deliverable and ensure the implementation of all projects and actions.

Support the development of the team.

Participation in meetings with the Global and LaCam team to exchange best practices, learn new training concepts and present new projects.

To know deeply Novartis Pharma medicines and the work Sales associates and serve as a source of information for all internal stakeholders.

Provide directional and development feedback to sales reps during field training and follow-ups, always aligned with sales managers.

Conduct field coaching with sales reps through individual follow-ups in daily activities, guiding the 4 pillars (territory management, promotional process, specialized knowledge and personal excellence) for training and consolidation of Novartis concepts.

Develop and apply face-to-face and distance learning certifications throughout the year to ensure that the sales force reaches a high level of training in specialized technical knowledge and applies this knowledge.

Monitor the performance indicators to act quickly on the knowledge needs encountered. Prepare and conduct training courses / events.

Prepare and organize training conventions.

Responsible for coordinating monthly strategic alignments with product managers and medical managers.

Ensure constant updates of training materials.

Constantly seek out new sales force training methodologies through consulting contacts and training areas of other companies seeking best practice.

Requisitos mínimos

Business Discipline or Bio/Life science
Advance Degree in Health and/or MBA
Fluently english (mandatory).
Strong and solid experience in FF training with previous experience in areas such as sales, product/brand management, etc.
