- Cross-sector compensation & mobility support for Brazil and LATAM region, including multiple compensation initiatives within the region, as well as global projects;
- Led the Salary Structure Review process for LATAM region, by leading and engaging the regional teams to meet deadlines;
- Responsible for administration of benefits and compensation equity;
- Take care of variable remuneration and benefits measures adopted by the company;
- Ensure that programs and systems related to HR fulfill the business strategies, politics and procedures of the company as well as the legal ones.
- English (Advanced/Fluent);
- Experience in C&B field;
- Good knowledge of LATAM market, regulations and practices.
