Managing all aspects of the manufacturing operations to ensure appropriate
level of customer service cost and compliance.
Driving performance in terms of EHS & Quality compliance and other applicable
Driving implementation of continuous improvement initiatives such as: SQE2 ,
Ensure project execution at site level (NPD, Product transfers, CIPs, roll
outs, new equipment specification definition and installation...)
Participate on Risk Assessment activities and be accountable for the
operational elements for external sites.
Ensure proper service Level Agreements are set, included in the contracts and
adhere to standards.
Business or Technical Education Min. Bachelor’s degree
Experience in any of the following areas: Supply Chain, Production and
Cross functional Project management
Relevant exposure to Manufacturing Operations
Effective communication in English – Advanced
