Sourcing Consultant

Sourcing Consultant

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Develop and execute successful sourcing strategies aligned with business function talent needs providing a talent pipeline;
  • Utilize creative and innovative sourcing techniques leveraging internet research;
  • Serve as a search expert within a function and execute each search within a framework that aligns business priorities, hiring needs, position specifications and search requirements;
  • Report market or industry trends and competitive intelligence gained through outreach and use of search tools;
  • Participate in outreach activities to strengthen the candidate pipeline and to build employment brand;
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Recruiters and Business Leaders;
  • Report on key metrics and status of searches;
  • Screen candidates for availability, interest level, visa status, salary

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor's degree required - Master's degree is preferred;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English is mandatory;
  • Fluent Portuguese
  • Solid recruiting experience or other HR related function;
  • Experience of internet and direct sourcing experience (primary and secondary intelligence gathering, cold calling, social networking, soliciting referrals and headhunting);
  • Experience with search automation tools like robots and spiders;
  • Demonstrated success in developing passive candidates quickly for technical, global, senior or executive level jobs with complex search criteria;
  • Demonstrated success in developing diverse pool of candidates;
  • Proven track record of delivering quality candidate pipeline in a busy technical environment
  • Detail oriented, deal well with ambiguity, demonstrate strong strategic thinking and creativity skills, and be an effective communicator with both internal and external partners;
  • Ability to handle and track multiple complex searches simultaneously

    Prós: salario é ótimo , ótimo benefícios , poucas pessoas são mandadas embora , refeição de excelente qualidade , excelentes treinamentos e segurança.

    Contras: na transição para bayer esta perdendo bons benefícios , pouca informação para os atuais funcionários , mas acredito que deve melhorar quando a empresa assumir.
