SMB Sales Program Manager, LatAm

This position will be directly responsible for developing and managing sales programs to help clients get the best results from their marketing campaigns on Facebook – through consultation, education, optimization, and support via vendor partners. In addition to developing a high-performing operation, this position will be responsible for working with other teams across Facebook to create and grow programs focused on improving the Facebook experience for our clients. Ideal candidates will combine an exceptional ability to drive results through vendor partners; a passion for delivering value to clients through rigorous planning and flawless execution; a keen eye for identifying process and workflow opportunities; and a willingness to roll up their sleeves and execute the tactics. Success in this position requires strong sales, vendor management, and problem-solving skills; attention to detail; the ability to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment; and a passion for helping others achieve results. This position is full-time and located in our Sao Paulo office.

Responsibilities

  • Design and lead regional sales programs via vendor partners

  • Deliver against quarter targets in revenue, product adoption and customer satisfaction

  • Monitor progress against goals and manage vendors to meet and exceed operational and productivity metrics

  • Make data-informed decisions to drive performance, resource allocation and juggle competing priorities

  • Become an expert in Facebook’s solutions for businesses of all sizes

  • Work effectively in highly collaborative environment

  • Identify actionable insights to improve client results and team strategy — in Latam and globally

  • Identify opportunities to improve ad products and the customer experience and influence action.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years working with sales, digital marketing, advertising or technology

  • Previous experience managing sales/service programs via outsourcing

  • Analytical thinker with knowledge in data concepts and principles

  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and able to deal with ambiguity

  • Critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to prioritize and focus on driving growth

  • Proven ability to build working relationships inside and outside of Facebook

  • Communication skills

  • Detail-oriented, and organized

  • BA/BS degree.

    Contras: Não há muitos pontos negativos em relação a empresa facebook, porém não tinha muito esforço na equipe... muitas pessoas não ajudavam quando precisava, e com isso fazia que tivesse um ambiente desagradável na equipe..

    Prós: Equipe integra, ambiente de trabalho 100% tranquilo e amigável. Liberdade de opinião, reuniões de pauta, planos de carreira com diversas possibilidades de crescimento dentro da empresa.

    Contras: Salário fixo e vr/va muito baixos. Treinamento insuficiente para preparar o colaborador antes de ir para a linha atender, exigências surreais para chances de primeiro emprego. Como exigir o inglês é espanhol fluentes e comprovados em cursos, logo fui desligada pois aprendi a falar as duas línguas sozinha, sem curso para provar.

    Conselhos para presidência: Conversa, tudo se resolve na base da boa e velha conversa.
