SMB Growth Manager, Workplace

This role, which is part of the Workplace by Facebook team, will be directly responsible for engaging and driving adoption of SMB customers in Latin America. Our goal is to provide clients and partners internal business collaboration tools to help them more effectively build and scale their own organization and businesses. The SMB Growth Manager will be responsible for prospecting, presenting, identifying customer needs and positioning our solution with the objective of guiding customers to decide to adopt Workplace. This position is full time and based in our São Paulo office.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect new customers as well as respond to incoming leads

  • Drive and exceed Workplace customer growth targets across key verticals

  • Manage the enterprise buying/selling cycle through developing a trusted advisor relationship with internal (Customer Success, Solution Architects) and external (Business, IT) stakeholders to ensure selection of Workplace, successful launch and long-term adoption based on clear use cases and business value

  • Manage sales pipeline, deliver accurate and timely forecasts

  • Deliver presentations/demos, technical answers and business solutions

  • Allocate time and resources across mid-size, large and global Enterprises

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years professional experience in B2B Sales or Customer Success

  • Fluent Spanish and Portuguese

  • Proven track record of working with Small and Medium Business

  • Track record of working with VP, C-level Executives

  • Experience deploying SaaS platforms across enterprise organizations

  • Communication/presentation skills

  • Experience working with all levels of management internally and externally

  • Experience meeting objectives in an entrepreneurial environment

  • Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time

  • BA/BS degree or higher

    Contras: Não há muitos pontos negativos em relação a empresa facebook, porém não tinha muito esforço na equipe... muitas pessoas não ajudavam quando precisava, e com isso fazia que tivesse um ambiente desagradável na equipe..

    Prós: Equipe integra, ambiente de trabalho 100% tranquilo e amigável. Liberdade de opinião, reuniões de pauta, planos de carreira com diversas possibilidades de crescimento dentro da empresa.

    Contras: Salário fixo e vr/va muito baixos. Treinamento insuficiente para preparar o colaborador antes de ir para a linha atender, exigências surreais para chances de primeiro emprego. Como exigir o inglês é espanhol fluentes e comprovados em cursos, logo fui desligada pois aprendi a falar as duas línguas sozinha, sem curso para provar.
