Quero Education is growing really fast - doubling in size every year and having a cumulative growth of 60.000% since 2013. You will be responsible to support this growth sourcing A-players in the tech area. You will deal with high-quality candidates for strategic positions like managers and directors with backgrounds in Software Engineering, IT, Product Owner, Data Science etc.
We are looking for a recruiter able to be committed to the whole recruitment process and candidate life cycle - ranging from coordinating with hiring managers to define necessary requirements for open roles and publishing the job opportunities to scheduling interviews and making final offers.
What are the requirements for this role?
- Minimum of three years of previous experiences as HeadHunter
- Strong networking at both senior and technical level
- Autonomy, maturity, self-management and dynamism
- Proficiency in English language
What is a plus for this role?
- Worked in recruitment services specialized agencies.
- Worked as independent headhunter
- Master HR technologies (one of our cores is technology. We use here Slack, LMS, Pipefy, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter etc.)
