Senior Regional Risk Manager

Our mission is to deliver transportation as reliable as running water for everyone, everywhere. To do this, we are looking for a Regional Operations Manager to help us acquire and onboard driver-partners in cities around the region, by designing and executing communications, projects, processes, and experiments driven by a deep understanding of the data and analytics.

The Regional Operations Manager - Driver Engagement & Loyalty role is a unique opportunity to help drive growth through the optimization of our growing number of partner drivers. This is a critical role as it directly correlates to continually improving the rider experience through greater availability while minimizing costs. This data-driven role calls for a rare combination of analytical thinking & interpersonal ability to manage partnerships.

* Acquire & Onboard New Driver-Partners. Your job is to get new partners on the road by implementing best practices and innovating to create new processes and campaigns across the region
* Analytics. Heavy analysis of our partner acquisition funnel and early lifecycle metrics by channel, demographics, and geography to drive efficient and cost-effective growth of new supply on our platform
* Strategy. Decide which projects and areas of the acquisition and onboarding process the team should focus on and set an aggressive timeline to reach those goals
* Product Improvement. Proactively search for new features which could improve a seamless driver and rider experience
* Partner Relations. Manage driver development, identify & attack problem areas for drivers, and negotiate with businesses to create new sources of partner signups
* Cost-Benefit Analysis. Evaluate the economic and strategic costs and benefits of partner acquisition & onboarding programs and work with management to execute those strategies

* Experience building loyalty customer programs
* Data driven decision making mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking and experimentation
* Solid understanding of data-driven customer acquisition and onboarding
* Ability to take initiative in a constantly-changing work environment
* Startup (all-hands-on-deck) "I bust my ass because I love it" approach
* A willingness to be "in the trenches" working with our driver-partners
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics, Finance or similar field
* SQL knowledge a plus, but not required

* Consulting, Accounting, or Banking background with numbers/excel driven decision instincts
* Tech enthusiast with product development and management experience
* Engineering background with dreams of applying similar process to people processes
* Corporate strategy background with a willingness to roll up your sleeves
* Extremely data-driven marketing background with passion for connecting digital and physical realms
