Mondelez International is looking for: Senior Category Analyst Chocolate Impulse.

Position Purpose

  • Support the construction of the growth strategy for Chocolate Impulse by identifying the key drivers to leverage this business, potential size of the brazilian market , the role and size of prize of current MDLZ portfolio and white spaces to provide inputs for the Innovation and Equity Teams.
  • Develop executional synergies with Gums&Candies; category to leverage the " Winning in Impulse" platform.
  • This position will also be responsible for managing the "Bombons" segment (NR $114MM) and Bis Xtra (NR $ 25MM) as well as supporting the development of the strategies and activations to potentialize Northeast east growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work on the construction of the growth strategy for chocolate impulse in Brazil
  • Support the definition of the role of each segment, considering consumer need states and potential size
  • Participate of the construction of the 421 innovation pipeline, providing local inputs to support the regional team
  • Lead the IBP for "Bombons" segment and " Bis Xtra"
  • Lead the Bombons resizing transition, communication plan, innovation as well as PPA initiatives
  • Support the development of the strategies and activations to leverage Northeast growth

Qualifications

Academic Knowledge

  • Graduation: Business, Marketing or Adversiting

Working Knowledge

  • Advanced Marketing knowledge.
  • Strong analytical capability with expertise in Nielsen ,SI and SO analysis and Kantar.
  • Knowledge in NPD planning and activation.
  • Understanding of Sales Channel dynamic.

    Prós: Salários pagos no dia correto, assim como adiantamentos e premiações. Contato fácil com a liderança das equipes, comunicação via celulares corporativos, VR muito bom acima do mercado.

    Contras: Não valorizar os colaboradores internos para que os mesmos possam ser promovidos a cargos superiores preferem "trazer de fora" um profissional. Queda no reconhecimento do trabalho dos promotores de merchandising, PPL sendo quase nenhum, profissionais "vindos de fora" são orientados à cobrar as equipes dando a entender que os profissionais de merchandising de campo são apenas números a serem melhorados as questões pessoais deles são relegadas ao desprezo. Vários profissionais querendo sair da Cia por não se identificarem mais com a mesma mas são obrigados a pedir demissão.

    Conselhos para presidência: Valorize quem realmente faz pela Mondelez, valorize as equipes de campo principalmente quem está na ponta os promotores de merchandising.

    Prós: Benefícios como sexta flex, loja de compra dentro do escritório e facilidade de dialogo com gestores são pontos fortes na empresa. Possibilidade de atuar e conhecer várias áreas. Escritório bonito e limpo.

    Contras: Falta de organização nas estruturas básicas da empresa, clima de trabalho ruim entre colaboradores, que muitas vezes não se respeitam entre si. Não possuí ponto para estagiários, dificultando o controle de horas.

    Conselhos para presidência: Olhar para o plano de desenvolvimento dos estagiários, além de uma mão de obra barata e para realizar tarefas operacionais.
