Job Description

Your challenge

Cardiology is one of the four growth pillars of Philips. To accelerate our growth ambition of doubling our business by 2020, we are currently looking for a Scrum Master for our Cardiology Informatics (CI) business that considers her/himself in the top Agile transformation talent and has extensive exposure to scaling agile across multiple teams/products/technologies and a demonstrable knowledge of multiple techniques under both Agile and Lean umbrellas. Our ideal Scrum Master will naturally intervene to make things better for the teams, the business and the customers – they are the active drivers of change rather than gentle coaches. An effective Scrum Master for us is fearless and works with all levels of management to achieve results and can expect support from us in doing this.

This Scrum Master will have theoretical and practice knowledge of teams using a range of test-first approaches (including ATDD/BDD/FIT & TDD) and with teams that are practicing clean-code and making use of design patterns and technical approaches that significantly reduce their cost-to-change and improve sustainability.

Being a master of backlog management and stakeholder management at the high level and detailed refinement and acceptance criteria will be critical for this Scrum Master to effectively coach Product Owners in how to maximize their ROI from the teams.

* Helps the team meet their daily and iteration objectives
* Works to remove internal and external impediments in the Scrum team
* Collaborate with other Scrum Master in the Release Train for Solution Delivery
* Facilitates team level Risk Management Report of the progress of the Scrum with agreed KPI’s
* Team Engagement, KPI, Engineering Practices
* Create transparent Environment
* Awareness of scope of work

  • Solidexperience in coaching and mentoringteamsof 8-10developers/testers
  • Good knowledge of Software/qualitydevelopment and control methods
  • First-classcommunication and documentation skills,ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
  • Fluent in English:speaking,reading,and writing
  • High level of emotionalintelligence
  • Proactive, independent, target oriented and self-motivated
  • Solid experience working within multi-national productdevelopmentlifecycles
  • Prior experience of a Scrum Master in an agile product environmentispreferred
  • Related experience in a medical device or other regulated industry ispreferred
  • Certified ScrumMasterorSAFeAgilistequivalentispreferred

    Contras: Boa parte dos estagiários não agem de acordo com as normas, levando notebook e fazendo home office, coisa que pra estagiário é proibido, e não tem ação do RH em cima desses estagiários.
