About this position

A Sales Manager will report to the Senior Manager and have between 1 to 3 direct reports. With the support of a multifunctional team, the responsibilities of this manager will be: management of processes and procedures related to the results of indirect and / or direct customer sales, development and training of team members, planninng of sales actions with interface with the final client and strategic planning.

Qualifications
* Previous experience (minimum 4 years) with sales/ commercial activities is required
* Experience in manager of others minimum 1 year
* The candidate must already live in the city of the position or in the cities nearby
* English skills: Fluent or advanced (mandatory)

    Contras: Acredito que a melhor forma de motivar um funcionário e deixá-lo empenhado no trabalho e melhorando seus vencimentos e benefícios isto trás um ânimo para se trabalhar em uma empresa, inclusive em uma multinacional.
