Report to : Head of Mid-Market Sales for Brazil
Location: Sao Paulo

  • Reach and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to overall team goals
  • Prospect, penetrate and create new relationships with small and medium advertising agencies and companies by phone
  • Manage a portfolio of small and medium sized clients
  • Develop relationships at all levels from CMO to Brand Managers
  • Maximize customer retention through developing relationships with key accounts
  • Identify and understand trends within industries, what makes a campaign successful and apply learning to help generate further new business
  • Strong focus on being able to analyse data and use it to effectively grow the business

What do we require from you?

  • Bilingual Portuguese and English both spoken and written
  • Experience in online and/or off-line advertising marketing or direct marketing
  • Phone based sales experience
  • Strong track record of sales success driving revenue through discovering, prospecting, creating new business and growing and retaining existing business
  • Strong negotiation, influencing skills and an ability to persuade at all levels of an agency or client
  • Offer exceptional standards in terms of client service
  • Passionate about new media and how Criteo and personalized retargeted advertising can define new boundaries in the online advertising industry
  • Understand how the Criteo technology works and the ability to explain in every day terms to a client or agency
  • Ability to work and deliver strong results in a dynamic small team environment
  • Degree qualification preferred (not essential)
  • Knowledge of competing products a plus
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) essential

    Contras: O dia-a-dia pode ou não cansar rápido demais, a pressão é bem intensa e a falta de comunicação entre os times não é tão efetiva quanto poderia ser.
