Regional Operations Senior Manager, Rider Engagement

Our mission is to deliver transportation for everyone, everywhere. To do this, we are looking for a Regional Operations Manager based in São Paulo, to focus on Rider Engagement in Brazil. You will focus on helping us engage, retain, and educate riders in cities around Brazil, by designing and executing processes, projects, communications and experiments motivated by a deep and analytical understanding of our business and close ridership with city teams and internal partners.

What you'll do

  • Manage team with analytical and business driven/execution skill set
  • Build and manage Loyalty Strategy team drive a strong focus to retain/engage HVR (High Value Riders)
  • Set strategy and plan for engaging segmented riders at all
  • Define with marketplace strategy for Incentives
  • Lab and test engagement campaigns with CRM and Marketing teams
  • Develop strong relationship with city teams to centralize process and support in scalable asks (project and product-wise)
  • Work with marketplace tema to work on project to improve rider experience and increase engagement in large pools of demand
  • Be the strategic lead of Brazil with product Ops organization in HQ
  • Develop a series of analysis and insights for semi-annual product asks related to rider loyalty, engagement & experience
  • Be in contact with other megaregions to export/import rider engagement knowledge

  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to influence and persuade Sr leadership
  • Customer centric focus - able to understand Rider differences
