Regional Operations Manager, Regulatory Compliance

In just over five years, Uber's proud to be delivering our service throughout 63 countries in over 344 different cities across the globe. But that's not enough - our mission is to deliver transportation as reliable as running water for everyone, everywhere. To do this, we are looking for a Regional Operations Manager to help us drive superb supply quality and efficiency in cities around Latin America, by designing and executing communications, projects, processes, and experiments driven by a deep understanding of the data and analytics.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Quality. Help our partners deliver great experiences to their customers, riders on the Uber platform
* Efficiency. Identify where and when we see the most demand to help our partners make more while providing the best possible experience to riders on the platform
* Analytics. Heavy analysis of our marketplace, rider, and partner behavior to identify and help partners solve problems related to driving at the right time and place to maximize demand as well as delivering optimal rider experiences
* Strategy. Decide which projects and areas of the quality and efficiency puzzle the team should focus on and set an aggressive timeline to reach those goals
* Product Improvement. Proactively search for new features which could improve a seamless driver and rider experience
* Partner Relations. Manage driver development and identify & attack problem areas for drivers
* Cost-Benefit Analysis. Evaluate the economic and strategic costs and benefits of programs and work with management to execute those strategies as efficiently as possible
* Hustle. Take ownership of Uber's growth in the region and do whatever it takes to get the job done

WHAT YOU NEED
* Data driven decision making mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking and experimentation
* Solid understanding of data-driven customer acquisition and onboarding
* Ability to take initiative in a constantly-changing work environment
* Startup (all-hands-on-deck) "I bust my ass because I love it" approach
* A willingness to be "in the trenches" working with our driver-partners
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics, Finance or similar field
* SQL knowledge a plus, but not required

    Contras: Taxa de 25% é escravidão, manutenção de carro é muito cara.

    Conselhos para presidência: Diminuir a taxa da 25% para no mínimo 16% para equivaler a concorrência.
