Position: Regional Key Account Manager - Tire market ****
Level: S18/S19 ****
Area: Silica – Sales in South America
Deliver the budget, annual and quarterly, considering the sales volume, forecast accuracy, and contribution margin.
Guarantee a robust network for covering all customers in the Tire Market in South America.
Capture the growth expected by the GBU in this market segment, considering the current business and organic growth and by implementing the innovative products and application technologies.
- Contribute with business action plans’ definition for each tire customer in LATAM based on global strategy for this market;
- Develop networking with customer and with internal team (commercial, technical marketing , Research and Innovation and quality – local and global team );
- Implement Key Account Planning for each customer, including service level agreement;
- Manage the customer intimacy which is the lever for the projects implementation;
- Focus on innovation delivery , products & technology;
- Develop and maintain the in-depth knowledge of market trends and its evolutions;
- Maximize the use of supply chain tools, logistic modal, e-commerce, VMI, VMOI, to improve the business relationship;
- Apply the commercial excellence practices: pricing, service level, CIM, quality;
- Organize commercial best practices sharing across GBUs.
