Role Summary/Purpose:

Driving selling, and promoting the business growth for Refinery & Petrochemical Services portfolio in Brazil.Understanding of process and shareholders to develop long-term relationship and to influence all levels of Refinery and Petrochemical customers and GE's organization.Developing knowledge of maintenance management for rotating equipment, (parts, services and technical solutions), to find and to develop opportunities driving them to closure.

Essential Responsibilities:

* Drive the growth of BHGE entire Services portfolio in the assigned territory, increasing our segment penetration.
* Have in-depth knowledge of oil and gas market segment and its players.
* Build strong, lasting relationships with his/her customers.
* Establish a systematic plan with the purpose of identifying new market opportunities in this segment.
* Identify and cultivate strategic relationships at all levels of customer organization.
* Able to generate immediate credibility with key customers by understanding and addressing their issues and needs.
* Leverage cross-functional and cross-business resources to maximize market penetration.
* Represent GE at industry tradeshows and events, securing market intelligence and driving originations efforts.
* Deeply understand of Turbomachinery and Process Solution, to properly communicate customer requirements into the organization and ensure bidding and order processing is activated and followed through to a timely conclusion.
* Be involved during the bidding process and support the proposals and project / operations organizations to ensure that quotations are of high quality and meet customer requirements.
* When involved with a new project, the account manager should be closely engaged with all phases of its preparation.
* Be updated of customers` maintenance plan, and communicate it internally, through the proper tools.
* Develop working relationships with key individuals within the customers' organizations at field and at offices locations, to build trust, to be able to establish / anticipate the customers' requirements for Services and Products.
* Be fully conversant with Company safety policies and procedures, always behaving in a manner that satisfies HSE requirements.
* Ensure that all business dealings, discussions, and negotiations are conducted in full compliance with the guidelines as set out in the Companies’ code of ethics.
* Must be willing to travel around 60% of the time.

* Engineering degree or equivalent, from an accredited university.
* Fluent in English and Spanish.
* At least 8 years of experience in technical sales or commercial positions.
* Knowledge and experience in the assigned market.
* Strong prospect with a successful track record in penetrating new accounts and markets.
* Strategic account development.
* Strong creative problem solving skills.
* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
* Solid presentation skills.
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
* Fluent in Portuguese and English.

* In-depth knowledge of the Refinery and Petrochemical.

    Contras: Foco muito grande nos resultados trimestrais em prejuízo aos resultados anuais/longo prazo. Crise muito intensa desde meados de 2017 devido à decisões equivocadas da direção global. Foi excluída do índice Dow Jones em junho/2018 pela primeira vez na história.

    Contras: Não costuma efetivar estagiários, nem tem muito investimento em treinamentos para não funcionários. Carga horária elevada, e cultura de network dominante
