EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

  • Monitor and enable SLA fulfillment via queue monitoring;
  • Conduct root-cause analysis of product and configuration issues;
  • Report errors to Development;
  • Close cooperation with other Product Support teams and Development Support;
  • Professional, proactive communication with SAP customers & colleagues;

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • University Students currently studying IT or related to graduate in the next two years.
  • Knowledge of Business Processes would be a benefit
  • Excellent customer focus and communication skills (oral/written)
  • Problem solving/analytical skills
  • Ability to work under pressure (friendly manner)
  • Flexible approach to working in teams as well as environment
  • Programming Skills would be a benefit
  • Fluent English skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive and solution oriented individual
  • Experience or eagerness to learn in an IT related area, e.g. consulting/support/development job appreciated; Fresh graduates with strong inclination towards technical work may also apply;
  • Familiarity with Business Software (SAP or comparable solutions) and/or Business Processes

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • No previous work experience necessary.

    Prós: Existe muito respeito pela diversidade e oportunidade de fazer projetos diferentes. É possível interagir com pessoas de nível hierárquico maior que o seu facilmente. Fazer home office é comum.

    Contras: Não controla as horas trabalhadas. Você pode trabalhar por mais que 8 horas por dia e não conta pro “banco de horas”. Existe muitos solos entre as áreas. Vendas e marketing disputam muito.

    Prós: Benefícios muito bons, qualidade de vida também, funcionários tem várias regalias, na maioria das áreas tem autonomia de como proceder com seu trabalho, ambiente impecável de se trabalhar.

    Contras: Meio desorganizada na questão de processos, muita demora na comunicação interna em relação a projetos, comunicação falha muito entre proprios empregados e cliente final.

    Conselhos para presidência: Processos serem mais simples e objetivos, em todos os setores da empresa. Lembrar que isso afeta diretamente nossos clientes que aguaram ansiosamente por uma resposta.
