Brief Description: *As a member of the LAD Applications
Outbound Product Management team, become the driving force for the HCM (Human
Capital Management) product line. Align development’s solution & product
releases to LAD’s go to market strategy. Take responsibility to “add value”
to facilitate building pipeline, qualify prospects, close deals, and develop a
reference base by product, region and industry.

Detailed Description: *LAD - led and based, field product
management team with responsibility across Oracle’s Cloud Applications. The
objective of this position is to support HCM revenue growth targets, increase
customer adoption of Oracle HCM solutions and foster strategic customer,
partner and channel relationships. *

** **Responsible for the
following:
· Become the functional HCM domain expert within Development, LAD &
the Market; The primary GTM solutions are: HR - Core, Talent Management &
Recruitment and Learning Cloud.
· Establish bidirectional ‘transfer of information’ between the field
& development
· Gather and analyze information to define & review product
specifications
· Develop and maintain relationship with the HCM Product GM & Lead
Strategist
· Participate in User Groups, Marketing Events, & Analyst meetings
· Know the HCM competitive environment & Win/Loss results
· Identify key competitive differentiators for HCM
· Be the central point of contact for HCM product information, sales
playbooks, strategy, roadmaps & references
· Facilitate with the CSM (Customer Success Management) team to
follow-up and resolve any HCM issues
· Build the Fusion HCM pipeline; Qualify, and assist in closing HCM
customers; During the implementation, ensure success of HCM customers; Drive
to referenceability __
· Support key development sponsored customers

Job Requirements: *Essential *
· 5 - 10 years of specific business experience in the area of HCM;
particularly as an HCM practitioner who has implemented HCM
· Good sales leadership capability focused on positioning HCM
solutions at an executive level
· Broad knowledge of the LAD HCM market
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Outstanding presentation skills
· Self motivator with the ability to work independently
· BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area
· Successful track record in software engineering management or
related experience
Desirable
· 2 - 5 years of Oracle/Peoplesoft/SAP/CornerStone Applications
experience, preferably in a Pre-sales capacity
· Experience including Implementation and/or Support or Education a
plus
· Recruitment & Performance Management expertise as well as Human
Resources product management experience ****

*Amount of Travel: *75%/25% within Latin America &
Corporate HQ

Language: *English/Spanish required.
Portuguese desirable. *

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Manage a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the
design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as
they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental
activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within
budget.

As a manager in the product development division, you will lead a team that
defines product specifications and or strategy. Gather and analyze information
to define product specifications and review design specifications. Communicate
product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with
other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful
product releases based on corporate priorities.

Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas of sections. Ensures
appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet Corporate
business needs. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills. Strong
communication skills, analytical skills, thorough understanding of product
development and product management. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience
relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related
experience.
