WHAT YOU’LL DO
You will be responsible for developing and leading the execution of the BU strategy (marketing plan) at a local (country) level, in alignment with the Regional BU strategy also for achieving Sales and GP targets, as well as for leading Marketing budgets for the BU(s). You should build a partnership with the Commercial teams to provide required direction and support and to ensure the commercial execution that leads to achievement of business goals.
Ensures brand integrity by leading efforts across multiple functions, channels to protect our brands from any attack and/or activities which may harm our patients and business partners. This job is not eligible for sales incentives/sales commissions.
IT WILL BE IMPORTANT
- Lead marketing function to ASP and Mentor
Implements tactical plan by providing appropriate promotional materials.
Works across all elements of the marketing mix and uses appropriate channels of communication. Monitors and controls budget to access promotional effectiveness
Works productively with external agencies and cross functional groups within the organization.
Ensures completion of market analysis and monitors opposing activity
You will develops new concepts, solutions and business models; portfolio management and prioritization of new opportunities through financial modeling and gap analysis
Builds strong network with key opinion leaders and monitors industry developments impacting business
Develops creative marketing programs based on brand/product strategies and implements through staff.
Handles performance improvement plans and reviews, promotions, salary recommendations, hiring and terminations. Leads, develops and inspires staff.
What we are looking for
Are you a marketing professional who loves what you do?
• We need someone to translate insights into viable solutions for customers, communicating value and translating market dynamics into pricing strategy driving profitability. Also experience in portfolio management, forecast, demand planning and new product launches are important. We will ask for market research, agency management and marketing plans (media/promotion). Experience working in cross functional teams, integrating and coordinating them to achieve results is wonderful.
We are a global company and you'll be part of a truly global organization so english and Portuguese fluent is a requirement. Do you have a bachelor degree in engineering, business administration, Finance or other related? Great, we need this. MBA is a plus.
