_ Your Mission _
Every day, thousands of dealers access our car-used e-commerce platforms (through Desktop and Apps) to participate in auctions and purchase cars to negotiate. Your challenge is to engage the dealers, removing the frictions to buy or interact with the platform and solve the problems that they have. Or, you can summarize it to: get things done.
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products;
- Ability to get the best information from the users and from market to translate in hypothesis to test;
- Have strong ability to understand the goals, objectives, key results and define product goals and roadmap;
- Work with the Dealer's squad to discover ways to solve the problems or necessities, always counting with qualitative and quantitative data
- Share insights and lessons learned with the company as soon you have; Availability to travel sometimes to Republica Dominica;
- Experience as a strong product manager;
- Experience managing at least one of this type of products: e-commerce, marketplace or Mobile Apps; Experience about engaging and user retention strategies;
- Organizational and analytical skills;
- Speak English or Spanish;
