Job overview

The CHC Digital Lead will champion the digital transformation in the CHC, across all areas of the business. Leading the roll-out of global capability building programs and supporting with local on-the-job coaching of teams, as well as engaging with external partners to ensure a strong and sustainable transformation of our teams, processes and tools

Mission of CHC Country Digital Lead is to help the Country meet its business and marketing objectives through effective Digital Transformation, ultimately accelerating growth and driving local competitive advantage through world-class strategy and capabilities, including:
* Data & analytics
* Digital activation and media
* Digital content excellence
* Digital measurement & performance tracking

The CHC Country Digital Lead is responsible for designing and driving overall Country Digital Transformation plan, shaping both transversal Country priorities as well as Category and Brand-specific ones. The CHC Country Digital Lead is instrumental in bringing to life the Sanofi´s CHC Global Digital roadmap in the Country, working across key Country stakeholders in Marketing, Media, CMI, Sales and ITS. The Country Digital Lead works closely with Category heads, CMI head, and Media head to shape and drive the vision and orchestrate flawless execution.

Responsibilities

  • Be an advocate for the organization's Global Digital Business Transformation vision, initiatives and value proposition, helping to remove barriers and align all Sanofi and partner teams
  • Conceive and own overall Country Digital Transformation plan, establish and lead business processes, programs and projects, resource allocation, KPIs, and governance activities to measure the progress, implement executive decisions rapidly, and ensure quality
  • Grow and track countrywide digital capabilities across all relevant Marketing, Sales and Support functions
  • Work with Country Categories to support development of Brand Plans that effectively leverage the full range of consumer insights, digital platforms and solutions to drive maximum sales and brand impact
  • Work hand-in-hand with Global and Country Marketing and Media teams to design and execute Digital Marketing programs that align with Country priorities and global and regional guidelines; establish effective project governance and ways of working
  • Ensure Brands Digital Activation is impactful, leveraging Owned, Earned and Paid digital channels (SEM, Video, Social, Programmatic); orchestrate flawless execution, supporting brands in their engagement with third-party vendors where needed
  • Design and implement robust consumer data capture, analysis and modeling framework, in line with global guidelines and fully leveraging global tools, to identify opportunities to optimize site performance, improve customer experience, acquire valuable customer insights, and drive consumers from awareness to purchase
  • Support Country Ecommerce initiatives via dedicated digital marketing programs and KPIs
  • Live by, communicate and reinforce winning principles and behaviors for Digital Transformation such as test and learn and build for the future

Requirements & Qualifications

Post-bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (e.g., Masters, MBA or equivalent)

Experience in relevant digital transformation role in agency / consulting / client environment or a mix of those

Proven leadership skills, high levels of resilience

Strong communication skills – in particular, proven ability to communicate with a wide breadth of audiences: marketing, media, technology partners, and agencies

Solid project management experience with a proven track record of success in driving business outcomes in similar environments

Experience in leading Digital Transformation, developed in consumer space and with a focus on Direct to Consumer Communication

Data-fluency and demonstrated understanding of the adoption of technology and its impact to operating models and organizational structures

Thought leadership and exceptional executive communication and interpersonal skills with the proven ability to transfer knowledge and inspire a growth mindset

DSP and Programmatic media buy knowledge, including Facebook PowerEditor and AdWords expertise

Ability to effectively translate marketing objectives into buying tactics

Fluent English

    Sanofi cuida de vidas e descuida dos funcionários

    Prós: Empresa com ótimos benefícios e bem cotada no mercado em que atua. Os funcionários tem acesso a vários treinamentos para aperfeiçoamento na função.

    Contras: Gestores despreparados, rudes, centralizadores, estrelas, terroristas, ameaçadores, amadores e que expõe os subordinados dando “pitis” em público.... Empresa sem plano de carreira, não retém talentos, discrepância entre cargos e salários na mesma esquipe. Só é promovido quem faz parte de “panelinhas” com os gestores e não quem entrega e bate metas. Não há processos, desorganizada, suga até a última gota de sangue do funcionário e faz com que a pessoa se sinta um incompetente para não promovê-la. A Sanofi causa depressão, o consumo de tarja preta entre os funcionários é gigante. Tira sua saúde e tenta devolver dando remédios através de benefícios. Pessoas incompetentes são promovidas e pessoas boas são demitidas, não basta ser um bom profissional tem que deixar seus valores de lado e dançar conforme a música.

    Conselhos para presidência: Prestar atenção na saúde mental dos funcionários e não apenas os gerentes, de todos. Entender poque o Turn Over está tão alto. Cuide dos seus funcionários como cuidam dos seus pacientes.

    Excelente aprendizado, mas poucas oportunidades

    Prós: Benefícios, remuneração, campanhas de endomarketing e instalações. Você aprende muito, pois é obrigado à "se virar".

    Contras: Muita burocracia e processos muito falhos. A maioria das pessoas não são bem treinadas e as informações sobre o mesmo processo são diferentes em cada departamento. E oportunidade de carreira: dificuldade em enxergar e desenvolver talentos, sou capaz de apostar que existem mais estagiários do que funcionários, assim você desenvolve o mesmo trabalho de um analista ou assistente e ganha menos da metade do que eles.

    Conselhos para presidência: Poderiam investir mais na contratação de pessoas, o rh deve ser responsável por administrar isso. Em 2 anos de estágio, nunca fui chamada pelo rh para falar sobre carreira e efetivação.
