RESPONSIBILITIES
* Identify high value business opportunities that fit the Leonardo offering
* Lead the interdisciplinary team during the co-innovation process
* Expectation management during whole design process based on customer strategy
* Plan and execute design workshops with customers and end users
* Translate the insights from research into user experiences, that are delightful, coherent, simple
* Ensure user needs, stakeholder expectations, and technical feasibility are appropriately balanced, and delivered within budget and time
* Strong support during delivery phase
* Ensure customer satisfaction by acting as a trusted advisor, while balancing SAP strategy
* Accountable for the quality and feasibility of design deliverables

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
* Planning, preparation, execution and documentation of deliverables required by SAP Leonardo Design Led Development
* Coordinate user research (e.g. observation, interviews)
* Conduct and moderate design workshops
* Drive preparation meetings with the interdisciplinary team
* Run validation sessions with customer users (design reviews)
* Provide feasible design proposal and iterate with developer
* Lead customer check points
* Use the interdisciplinary team to generate new unexpected ideas and solutions
* Document additional design and solution opportunities for future use
