Facebook is seeking a creative project manager to support the Head of Human Resources Business Partners in Latin America. We’re looking for this person to be a dedicated team player that will help create meaningful connections and elevate the sense of community within the People team. Balancing a high pace workload, making thoughtful judgement calls and prioritizing ruthlessly will be crucial in this position – and it’s sure to offer a really exciting, challenging work environment. This role is a full time position based in São Paulo


  • Project management: manage projects from beginning to end, including but not limited to internal/external events and team off-sites, and liaison with the People team over deadlines, projects and deliverables

  • Communication: craft creative presentations and communication pieces on behalf of the People team

  • Calendar management: agenda administration, including coordinating travel itineraries and organizing internal and external meetings across multiple time zones & locations

  • Organization: financial administration (e.g. processing POs & invoices) and ensure email lists, org charts and other administrative systems are maintained and current

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA or BS degree or equivalent

  • 6+ years of work experience that includes project management and/or administrative support

  • Attention to detail with a proven ability to work in a fast paced environment where it’s necessary to make decisions quickly and sort through complex, competing priorities

  • Great written and verbal communication skills with the ability of capturing complex concepts and conveying them in simple and engaging language

  • Aptitude to design creative and clear PowerPoint presentations

  • Diligence regarding confidentiality issues

Preferred Qualifications

  • Spanish is a plus
