PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Partner Service Delivery (PSD) is a global organisation focused on the proactive and reactive enablement and management of a wide range of SAP partners, including Channel, Service, Software and OEM partners.

With teams across 5 regional centres, PSD builds and delivers a range of business performance services for SAP partners. With 6,000+ partners in the SAP PartnerEdge program, PSD is at the forefront of the development of SAP’s partner ecosystem across the globe. PSD does so by identifying the capabilities of each partner and, in agreement with the partner, tailoring a service plan that puts the global knowledge and resources of SAP into the hands of the partner.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

  • Flexible and a self-starter;
  • Capable to organize independently your daily work;
  • Clear understanding of the importance of digital marketing for software industry;
  • Curious and pro-active in bringing new ideas to the team;
  • Strong communications skills;
  • Strong teamwork skills;

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • University Degree (Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent experience);
  • Mandatory as language is English, Spanish is a plus;
  • Knowledge in Excel and Power Point or similar applications is a plus;.

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • No previous work experience necessary.

    Prós: Beneficios ótimos. Dependendo da área as pessoas são excelentes, menos área de vendas (le-se vendedores). Funcionários extremamente competentes, menos do RH (le-se recrutadores).

    Contras: Se seu gestor for ruim, o que é facil de acontecer, sua carreira não evoluirá nada. Total falta de transparência sobre seu futuro dentro da empresa. Dizem que você pode trocar de área mas é quase impossível isso acontecer.

    Conselhos para presidência: Acredito que deveria ter mais transparência com o funcionário.
