Paid Media Analyst

AMARO is a digitally native fashion brand that sells the latest trends at disruptive prices. AMARO sells omnichannel on amaro.com and in digitally immersive brick-and-mortar Guide Shops.

AMARO is seeking a razor sharp Paid Media Analyst to scale our customer acquisition efforts and increase conversion with our existing user base. You will report to the Paid Media Lead and be in charge of running and measuring Paid Media efforts at AMARO.

The ideal candidate has previously worked at an eCommerce company or digital media agency in the areas of SEM, Display, Paid Social and Analytics. You have in-depth experience one the day-to-day structuring and running paid media campaigns across different channels and how to quantify and analyze those efforts. This is a highly analytical role that requires a focused, self-reliant and results-driven individual who can excel under pressure.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan, structure and execute all campaigns across paid channels: search, display, video, social, retargeting
  • Channel development: seek out new channels with high ROI that have yet to be exploited
  • Make data-driven decisions based on attribution modeling: find patterns in customer conversion paths
  • Utilize state-of-the art bid management software to optimize paid media campaigns against performance metrics
  • Support growth initiatives within AMARO

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related discipline
  • 2+ years of SEM experience in a Ecommerce or Direct Response context
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Advanced experience with Google Analytics
  • Highly structured project management and organization skills
  • An up-to-date, working knowledge of current, past, and projected trends in the SEM, Display and Paid Social industry
  • Understanding of marketing-tech landscape is a plus
  • Fluent in English
