Strategy and Objectives

Achieve the business plan targets for volume, distribution and Key Account business for the On Premise channel;

New customer’s acquisitions and permanent supervision of Key Account customers in the defined On Premise universe across markets;

Develop & drive the correct actions towards availability & execution in Key Accounts across markets;

Align and drive the correct stock levels with the Distribution Partner, Wholesaler & External Sale Force companies;

Aligns all distribution oriented Pricing & Promotions with all necessary key stakeholders (GM, Off Premise & Finance) to minimize the threat of cross channel cannibalisation & maximising profitability;

Is responsible to coordinate the cross channel volume split with Off Premise on a quarterly/bi yearly basis.


Alignment with HQ on international strategy, guidelines and customers;

Is responsible for driving a long-term (+3yrs) Key Account strategy & Distribution model for the country across the area;

Is responsible for developing a Business Plan with the Distribution Partner, Wholesalers, External Sale Force companies and strategic Chained Accounts to deliver the long-term strategy for the countries in the Head Coach Region of LATAM;

Is responsible of creating and developing a strong commercial plan to grow distribution & SKU listing in Key Account and Non-Musketeer managed account universe via internal (On Premise & Off Premise team) and external (Distribution Partner, Wholesalers & External Sale Force companies) partners;

Drives the process and result of the annual sales and distribution forecast for the Key Account Business, Distribution Partner, Wholesaler & External Sale Force company along with the proposed investment;

Sales Management and Leadership

Drives the use of the correct tools to identify and develop the right partners to achieve increased coverage and execution;

Drives the cross departmental (On Premise, Off Premise & Marketing) collaboration and planning to identify the right partners and maximise how we leverage their capabilities towards the individual countries within the Head Coach Region of LATAM;

Ensure cross-departmental (On Premise, Off Premise & Marketing) collaboration and planning to maximise efficiency and impact inside the On Premise chained business.

Leads by example and devotes time as resource in the markets through market visits & ‘work withs’ to facilitate implementation of strategy and tactics for the Chained Business, Distribution Partner, Wholesale & External Sale Force companies;

Prepares and runs effective meetings with appropriate internal & external partners in each market to ensure the correct execution of all the agreed strategies and tactics;

Encourages the creation of ad hoc action plans for the Chained Customers, Distribution Partner, Wholesalers & External Sale Force companies in order to ensure the long-term development of distribution, volume & brand;

Leads his/her team by focusing on their strengths in order to maximize their performance and potential;

Establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders (such as distribution partners, industry players and influencers, as well as on site F&B managers, store managers and staff);

Building affinity and understanding of the Red Bull brand and product within network.

Consistently analyse the available market data from reliable data sources to find opportunities, by market, in distribution, SKU listings, and POS points;

Is responsible for obtaining all selling out data (depletions) from Chained Business, Distribution Partner, Wholesalers & External Sale Force companies and analyse this information to measure performance, improve forecasting & quantify all Pay for Performance remuneration.


Is responsible for the correct management of the yearly budget and the control of all free goods;

On a monthly/quarterly basis prepares, organizes and executes review meetings with all team managing Chained Business, Distribution Partner, Tier 1 Wholesalers & External Sale Force companies to evaluate Performance vs Joint Business Plan Objectives & then agree on action plans. This is then reported to the key stakeholders.

AREAS THAT PLAY TO YOUR STRENGTHS (all the responsibilities we'll trust you wit

  1. +5 years Distribution- and/or Supplier-, as well as Key Account experience (Beverage Industry preferred).

  2. Outstanding sales experience with a record of accomplishment in Consumer Goods industry.

  3. Successful track record in leading, managing and motivating Key Accounts, Wholesale & External Sales Forces (+3yrs).

  4. Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

  5. Strategic thinker with strong business acumen & excellent communication skills including presentation and training ability.

  6. Excellent negotiator and influencer.

  7. Highly developed analytical skills (Sales & Customer Data) .

  8. Clear and proven ability to develop and implement successful sales and trade marketing strategies.

  9. Strong knowledge of consumer marketing principles.

  10. Self-motivated & ability to work independently.

  11. Driving License.

  • University Degree Preferred (business, marketing or similar)
  • Fluent in written and spoken English is mandatory. Fluent in written and spoken Spanish is preferred as well.

    Contras: Ambiente resistente a mudanças, falta de diversidade entre os funcionários e um ambiente de certa forma machista. falta de comunicação interna e cooperação em algumas vagas
