As part of the Brazil Marketing Team, you will be responsible for ensuring Apple Music, iTunes & iBooks marketing programs are executed to the highest standards and with the maximum effect. Apple Music is the world’s fastest-growing subscription music streaming service and offers subscribers an incredible catalog of more than 45 million songs, combined with their entire iTunes library, which they can stream or download for offline listening all completely ad-free.
We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated marketing manager to join our subscription and content services marketing team in Brazil. You will lead all aspects of Apple Music, App Store and iTunes marketing, working closely with the local business teams and the international marketing teams.
You are a great fit if you are an experienced marketing manager with a deep understanding of entertainment services marketing, a knowledge of digital marketing channels, and/or subscription marketing. You will also ideally have experience in the local music scene as well as a professional network with marketing leads at CMO level in the entertainment and media industry.
You should be organized and results driven with experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously and to tight deadlines. You should also be a sleeves-up, hands-on candidate who likes to deep dive on projects and support the cross platform teams on finding the best solutions for each challenge.
You posses the communication skills to work across a complex matrix organization, and should be able to build positive relationships with key partners to help deliver world-class marketing programs and partnerships.

This position is located in São Paulo, Brazil.
*Over 10 years of marketing experience in music, subscription, digital entertainment and media industries.
*Deep understanding of online and offline marketing channels and which ones work the best based on the business objective.
*Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
*Proven experience in implementing innovative and measured marketing programs that generate results and promote the brand.
*A strong project management background is key to drive the roadmap end to end while leading varying and concurrently levels of complexity and timelines.
*Skilled in measuring effectiveness of marketing programs.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Capable of being the voice of the service when needed.
*Excelled at working in a dynamic environment within a global organization.
*Resourceful, creative, and able to work independently.

In this role you:
Are responsible for delivering marketing initiatives to make Apple Music and iTunes the leading music service in Brazil.
Are capable of delivering performance-oriented campaigns while identifying creative opportunities for developing demand-generation channels.
Will work with local CMOs, marketing managers, business managers, labels, artists managers, publishers, studios, and partners to support key marketing initiatives.
Will develop cohesive local marketing programs which align with global, international and regional business objectives.
Will lead budget allocation and marketing resources in line with business goals.
Will expand adoption of existent brand guidelines and marketing tools, creating compelling and shareable learnings with artists, labels and inside the organization.
Will identify local marketing channels to drive customers and consumption to our services.
Will test, learn and iterate to optimize regional marketing performance.
Will support global marketing priorities at a local level.
