About this position

As sales intern you will develop, negotiate and execute sales and marketing strategies based on in-depth analysis of the customer, market and sales processes (all supported and co-operated by several other functions in our company). You will learn and execute concepts of market development and consumer behavior in order to apply them to categories (brands), customers and channels (distributors, pharmacies, supermarkets, among others). Both in the internal sales and external sales, the energy and dynamism of day-to-day sales are factors that make this position attractive and interesting. The scope of the work is based on analyzes, strategies, negotiations and development of actions to boost the sales of both the client and P&G.

* Graduation Date: July/19 to December/19;
* English skills: Fluent or advanced (mandatory);
* Availability to work 30h per week;
* The candidate must live in the city of the internship or must have mobility to this city (we don't offer housing allowance)

    Prós: Crescimento rápido de carreira e Bastante responsabilidade independente do cargo. Salários acima da média e ótimos benefícios.

    Contras: Equipes muito enxutas resultando em carga de trabalho excessiva, comprometendo o equilíbrio entre vida pessoal e profissional. O padrão é trabalhar mais de 10 horas por dia e também levar trabalho para os finais de semana.

    Conselhos para presidência: Contrate mais pessoal, para não perder os talentos para empresas com work-life balance melhor ajustado.
