Role Summary/Purpose:

The Logistics Data Analyst is responsible for develop and keep logistics operations KPIs updated according to the area and customer needs, providing visibility and analytics through the proper tools and insights, ensure that warehousing, transportation and ITC metrics and database from providers are accurate and according to the service agreements, be part/lead logistics projects, responsible for operations dashboard platforms, responsible for implementation and sustainability of digital tools.

Essential Responsibilities:
* Development and ownership on GSPO Brazil scorecard in a single deck/data base
* Ensure the alignment of KPIs with service agreements and drive data integration through digital tools (EDI, etc)
* Responsible for gathering data and publish Customer metrics dashboard related to parts (OTD, FOA, etc)
* Support on analysis of transportation spend and tie to the financial ledger
* Strong interface with all functional leaders to optimize visibility and implement integrated control
* Standardize local data with global KPIs such as GIT, OOPS, backorders
* Responsible for timely, accurate and complete record keeping
* Responsible for implementation of digital visual management
* Support Supply Chain optimization/Lean projects
* Strong support on new projects implementations

Qualifications/Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience working with complex data analytics, logistics, engineering or supply chain management; OR a High School diploma/GED and 5 years of working with data analytics, logistics, engineering, or supply chain management
* Strong background on data management/integration, BI, Spotfire
* Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced changing environment
* Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, global team environment
* Solid communication and analytical skills, including experience with communicating with others from different countries and cultures
