Learning Program Manager

Job Scope

The Learning Program Manager is responsible for the management and continuous performance improvement of global Compliance & Integrity learning across the enterprise as well as functional learning across Corporate & Legal Affairs. The person in this role represents CLA in the MIU Academy. Collaborating with colleagues in Business Integrity as well as Compliance Policy Owners across various functions (e.g., Finance, Human Resources, Integrated Supply Chain, RDQI), the person in this position sets learning program direction, develops and promotes learning resources (e.g., Business Integrity intranet site, corporate learning intranet sites), facilitates global eLearning campaigns, manages budgets, maintains global relationships with training vendors, and works with various groups across the enterprise (including MIU, MBS, ITS) to ensure that systems, such as our learning management system (LMS), effectively and efficiently support our Compliance & Integrity as well as our CLA learning goals and initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Work with the Chief Business Integrity Officer, Regional/Area/Country Business Integrity Officers, and the functional representatives responsible for delivering Compliance & Integrity learning to develop effective and efficient learning strategies, content, and implementation plans as well as their execution.

  2. Work with global learning vendors, internal subject matter experts (SMEs), and other appropriate stakeholders to select and/or develop courses for use in support of the Company's goals for Compliance & Integrity learning.

  3. Work with CLA Leadership, colleagues within CLA, and MIU to develop effective and efficient functional learning strategies, content, and implementation plans as well as their execution for Corporate & Legal Affairs.

  4. Compile and manage overall Compliance & Integrity and CLA functional learning strategy in an overarching plan that is accurate, easy to follow, and communicated appropriately to align strategy, execution, and budget.

  5. Work with CLA Leadership and others to produce and deliver valuable metrics on: eLearning course completion; connections between learning and other aspects of the Compliance & Integrity program (e.g., case management and policy management); employee internalization of compliance program learning objectives; and successful delivery and embedding of CLA functional learning.

* Qualifications*

Functional /Technical Expertise
* 5 years compliance learning experience in Corporate Compliance or Legal function, law firm, consulting firm, or learning design firm
* 5 years' experience demonstrated creative, strategic thinking, analytical skills, as well as attention to detail
* Strong technology aptitude - proficiency with software systems, including SharePoint, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Microsoft Project, as well as learning management systems
* 5 years' experience developing, executing, communicating and otherwise managing effective project plans
