The goal of the Facebook Blueprint team is to educate businesses of all sizes how to leverage Facebook and Instagram to build and grow their businesses. The Blueprint team is entrepreneurial-minded and dedicated to delivering the ultimate learning experiences for partners across multiple channels. Our mission is to democratize scaled education for businesses big and small. Blueprint consists of 3 pillars: Blueprint eLearning (online), Blueprint Live (in-person) and Blueprint Certification (proctored). This Blueprint Certification Training Delivery Lead role will sit within the Blueprint Strategy team and will focus specifically on delivering in-person training across a global agency program that supports some of the world's largest media and creative agencies. This program will be focused on the Blueprint Certification Pillar.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with internal Facebook teams and Global Agencies to activate and deliver in-person training globally, for the global agency program

  • Maintain a view of the in-person training delivery for your region, tracking attendance and feedback. Regularly communicate this to Blueprint Strategy leads

  • Identify and communicate any challenges across your region, scaling both successes and learnings with your training lead counterparts globally, to ensure the program is always evolving to effectively meet objectives

  • Maintain a strong base of Facebook and Instagram solutions knowledge and act as a training resource within sessions to deliver best-in-class education to external stakeholders

  • Continually work to ensure all training materials are consistent, up to date and in line with larger training goals and initiatives within the global Blueprint Strategy team

  • Consolidate and communicate market needs and feedback to the Blueprint Strategy team based on scale and scope need

  • Establish a report for the program throughout it's duration and a regular cadence for sharing this with key stakeholders

  • Work with the Instructional Designer and any external vendors required to ensure translations of training material across regions are high quality and consistent, and that all content updates are delivered in a timely fashion

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree Demonstrable training delivery experience

  • Fluency and able to deliver training in Portuguese, Spanish and English

  • 5+ years of experience in curriculum design or educational content development

  • Understanding of digital marketing and advertising teams and internal workings of agencies

  • Experience managing and delivering large-scale and/or multiple projects at one time in a fast-moving environment

  • Strong consulting and relationship management skills

  • Ability to command a room and infuse excitement and energy into training and education

  • Strong interpersonal communication and problem solving skills

  • Understanding of digital marketing and advertising teams and internal workings of agencies

  • Minimum of 50% travel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience creating certification prep training.

    Contras: Não há muitos pontos negativos em relação a empresa facebook, porém não tinha muito esforço na equipe... muitas pessoas não ajudavam quando precisava, e com isso fazia que tivesse um ambiente desagradável na equipe..

    Prós: Equipe integra, ambiente de trabalho 100% tranquilo e amigável. Liberdade de opinião, reuniões de pauta, planos de carreira com diversas possibilidades de crescimento dentro da empresa.

    Contras: Salário fixo e vr/va muito baixos. Treinamento insuficiente para preparar o colaborador antes de ir para a linha atender, exigências surreais para chances de primeiro emprego. Como exigir o inglês é espanhol fluentes e comprovados em cursos, logo fui desligada pois aprendi a falar as duas línguas sozinha, sem curso para provar.

    Conselhos para presidência: Conversa, tudo se resolve na base da boa e velha conversa.
