Create a team of KAM commercial athletes

Direct 1 to 1 coaching and training of Latam KAMs

Roll out of Latam / international tools & training programs & ensure adoption of these

Support Global team in delivering KA task force in markets where necessary

Deliver LONG TERM business wins

Own total KA volume & AER for Latam to deliver BP targets (FX cleared)

Deliver conditional KA terms across all customers

Deliver improvement in LTSD and reduce non profitable/strategic STSD

Embedding an creating skill in annual bottom up business planning

Ensure that by the end of 2017 all large format KAs have a profitable multipack strategy

Step change performance in 1-2 BIG Customers per Major Market / Region

Oxxo / Walmart Mexico

GPA / Carrefour Brazil

Cencosud Chile

Walmart across Latam

Win the hearts and minds of our customers to drive ED category

Create an effective Top to Top program, leveraging RB event assets and RB’s regional & global TM teams

Partner with the LATAM TMM to deliver an effective Energy insights summit

Step change data usage to create insights and actions

Partner with the Latam insights manager to deliver 100% of KA data into global tools

Roll out CPM in appropriate markets

Create the right tools to turn KA data into insights and then into winning actions

AREAS THAT PLAY TO YOUR STRENGTHS (all the responsibilities we'll trust you wit

  1. 10 years commercial sales experience with minimum 4 years as KA Team leader within FMCG

  2. Previously responsible for a major global retailer (Walmart, Carfour, Costco, Tesco)

  3. Strong Team leadership, coaching and development (direct reports & cross functional teams)

  4. Ability to influence internally and externally with senior customer stakeholders

  5. Strong financial acumen, with experience of managing a commercial P&L

  6. Strong analytical skills, and uses data to solve problems and joint business plan

  7. Strong experience of selling, negotiating and securing annual plans

  • University Degree Preferred (business, marketing or similar)
  • Fluent in written and spoken English is mandatory. Fluent Portuguese or Spanish VERY desirable.

    Prós: Uma empresa incrível todo mundo deveria ter uma experiência como a que eu tive na redbull. eles te vêem como pessoas de fato, enxergam suas particularidades, lá vc não é só um funcionário

    Contras: O trabalho é bem dinâmico, então vc acaba ficando "à disposição" da empresa, mas para quem gosta de um ambiente saudável e dinâmico, a RedBull é ótima
