Key Account Manager

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Experience in the key account management and selling skills development;
  • Employ an institutional sales approach, building a cross-functional business plan in order to activate an key account via the various gatekeepers / influencers and opportunistically pull-through demand generation efforts with prescribers;
  • Customer Value Creation: Uncover key value drivers in Institutions and pursue mutually beneficial initiatives to attain a sustainable competitive advantage;
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop a cross-functional customer focused account plan. Identify specific tactics with agreed upon timelines and SMART goals;
  • Demonstrate a mastery of product clinical efficacy, and articulate a strong value proposition for the customer;
  • Develop, assess and maintain a thorough understanding of accounts and key customers while maintaining a high-level stakeholder position;
  • Utilize strategic thought process in developing and maintaining key customer database;
  • Develop exceptionally well designed business plans aligned to brand strategic imperatives with resource allocations aligned to the business;
  • Create differentiated offerings that advancepatient care and substantively advance institutional goals;
  • Demonstrate a mastery of knowledge and analysis of business, products, technical issues, and the changing market landscape.

Who you are

  • Bachelor's in business administration, communication, marketing or health areas;
  • MBA, Post Graduate and Specialization will be considered a plus (within health care areas, business administration, projects, among others);
  • Experience in the key account management and selling skills development;
  • Relationship with the healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders that treat these patients;
  • Exemplify strong collaboration and team work skills with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Adhere to company and compliance guidelines, policy and procedures;
  • Place of living: São Paulo/SP, Rio de Janeiro/RJ or Porto Alegre/RS.

    Prós: Boa Estrutura para trabalho em campo, ótimos benefícios, salário compatível, zelo de elos funcionários, é muito profissional e esforçada para manter sua imagem no mercado.

    Contras: Falta de oportunidade para pessoas que já fazem parte da empresa. Acredito que isso ajudaria a fortificar a empresa pois os funcionários que já atuam e conhecem a empresa e suas normas se adaptaria mais facilmente além de ser mais barato financeiramente para empresa também.
